Marketing Agreement
This agreement is made by and between; Sellers Agency (RE/MAX Preferred Choice Properties, Inc.) and Seller
(named below).
For and in consideration of a commission to be earned of 10% of gross sales price, with a minimum of $850 to be
paid to Sellers Agency upon closing; Sellers Agency agrees to seek out a buyer for the vacation property
described below:

Sellers Agency shall perform the following duties:
1. Perform the terms of this written agreement with Seller.
2. Present all offers to and from Seller in a timely manner.
3. Market the above named property for a period of 12 months and automatically renew for an additional 12
months at no cost to you.
4. Promote the interests of Seller with the utmost good faith, loyalty, and fidelity.
Likewise, Seller agrees to the following:
1. Seller Agency may have agreements with other sellers to market and sell their property.
2. Seller Agency has no duty to conduct an independent inspection of the property for the benefit of the Buyer
and has no duty to independently verify the accuracy or completeness of statements made by Seller.
3. Marketing Fee of $650 is earned upon receipt, and will be deducted from commission upon closing.
The Buyer will pay all closing costs associated with the purchase of your timeshare property. There is no
guarantee that your property can be sold at any particular price or within any particular time period.
The Marketing Fee is used for costs associated with the marketing and advertising of your property. We will
market your property for the specified time frame with no additional costs to you. Closing paperwork will be
conveyed via Air Express, you will not have to come to our office for closing.
The Selling Agency maintains a full-service customer service department for your convenience. Any
correspondence regarding the property listed can be handled through this department. The next time you hear
from our office will be when we have obtained an earnest money offer from a buyer.REMAX® Preferred Choice
